WHAT IS INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)?
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a procedure in which processed sperm are directly placed into the female partner’s uterus at the time of ovulation. The duration of the whole process is quite brief and it is almost entirely painless. It can be performed with the male partner’s sperm as well as a donor’s sperm.
